Turn-key 6 unit, 2 story modular Passive House townhome building built for Yale First Nation
Building off the lessons learned from the first Modular Passive House in Bella Bella, Yale First Nation was able to leverage the speed of modular and deliver the building to their community in 6 months from contract signing. The project marked another first as it became the first multi-family modular Passive House constructed in a First Nations community in Canada.
