This happened to be the Owner’s second micro apartment project in Seattle, Washington and the first time in contracting a Canadian company to supply and deliver the modules across the border.

This modular build comprised of a six story, 80 unit micro apartment project in 5 over 1 construction. This urban infill project showed the speed of modular with little neighbourhood disruption as all 80 suites were craned in less than one week.
