When the Owner wanted to build a 240 key Hampton Inn in 12 months near Kelowna Airport, BC, they turned to modular construction. Using Hilton’s modular prototype guidelines, the Construction Manager contracted the modular builder under a Stipulated Sum Subcontractor Agreement to deliver five stories of modules over a concrete podium. This hotel became Hilton’s first modular Hampton Inn in Canada
