First Five Story Modular Dormitory Built in Canada

220 Bed Student Dormitory building for Trinity Western University, Langley, BC

When Langley, BC’s Trinity Western University had a requirement to build a 220 bed student dormitory building within 9 months, modular was the only way it could be done. Under an integrated design-build contract, the building was turned over, on time and on budget, making it the fastest five story building dormitory constructed in Canada.

The project has been featured in a number of publications and has won numerous awards including Vancouver Regional Construction Association’s (VRCA) Gold Award for General Contractors in 2019.
