Modular Rapid Response Affordable Housing Projects

Multiple 3 and 4 story temporary and permanent affordable housing projects for BC Housing around B.C.

This project in Penticton, BC was another prime example of how modular construction can help solve the challenges of the affordable housing crisis throughout our country. Utilizing BC Housing’s Rapid Response Modular Guidelines, the project was turned over to the community under a Design-Build contract in just over a year, even after going through a rezoning process. This was one of multiple modular projects delivered to BC Housing under the rapid response housing initiative.
